The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must have the right to upload and analyze any photos you submit.
• You are responsible for all activity under your usage.

3. Usage Limits and Fair Use

• Free users are limited to 3 attractiveness tests per day (per IP address).
• Rate limits reset at midnight UTC each day.
• Rate limits are in place to ensure fair access for all users and prevent abuse.
• Abuse of the Service, including automated scraping, bot usage, or excessive requests, may result in immediate access restrictions or permanent ban.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits through VPNs, proxies, or other means is prohibited.

4. Content and Privacy

• You retain ownership of photos you upload for the "how normal am I" attractiveness test.
• You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your uploads solely for providing the attractiveness analysis Service.
• Uploaded photos are processed immediately and NOT permanently stored (see our Privacy Policy).
• You must only upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to analyze.
• You must not upload photos of minors (under 18) without proper parental consent.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze any photos you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
• No uploading photos of minors without proper consent.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
• No automated scraping, bot usage, or rate-limiting evasion.
• No use of the Service to harass, bully, or harm others.

6. Results Disclaimer - Important Information

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: How Normal Am I attractiveness test results are generated by AI algorithms and are for entertainment and informational purposes only. Here's what you need to know:

For Medical or Cosmetic Procedures: If you're considering cosmetic procedures (rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, facial contouring, etc.), always consult qualified healthcare professionals. Do not base medical decisions on AI attractiveness scores.

Mental Health: If you're struggling with body image, self-esteem, or mental health issues, please seek support from qualified mental health professionals. Your worth is not determined by an AI score.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, algorithms, and materials provided by How Normal Am I are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to create a competing product
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• No guarantee of accuracy of attractiveness predictions or scores
• No guarantee of specific outcomes or results
• No warranty that the Service will meet your requirements

Attractiveness analysis results may vary significantly based on photo quality, lighting, facial expression, head angle, and other factors. The same person may receive different scores with different photos.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Ratio Face Calculator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We will indicate material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above.
